- Original text This brand-new sequel, which picks up right where LEGO Marvel Super Heroes left off, has an entirely new branching plot that Kurt Busiek, an award-winning comic book author (Avengers Forever), co-wrote. It brings together a diverse cast of recognisable Marvel Super Heroes and Super Villains from various eras and realities. In the end, players will engage in a titanic cosmic battle throughout Chronopolis’ vast open centre world with the time-traveling Kang the Conqueror.
- It’s About Time- new time manipulation system enables specific characters to change the status of in-game objects, aid players in advancing through a level, or reveal secrets by moving time ahead or backward. In-game encounters between other incarnations of heroes from various eras are also possible, including Spider-Man Noir and Spider-Man 2099 as well as Cowboy Captain America and Captain America as we know him today.
