The sequel to the critically acclaimed God of War (2018) comes from Santa Monica Studio. As they prepare for the foretold war that will end the world, Kratos and Atreus must go to each of the Nine Realms in search of answers.

As Asgardian armies prepare for battle, Kratos and Atreus journey deep into the Nine Realms in search of answers. Along the voyage, they will encounter terrifying opponents in the shape of Norse gods and monsters, as well as gorgeous, mythological landscapes.

As the threat of Ragnarök approaches, Kratos and Atreus must choose between the protection of their family and the safety of the realms…

Those who break fate

Atreus seeks information to help him grasp the “Loki” prophecy and his part in Ragnarök. Kratos must decide whether to remain bound by the fear of repeating his mistakes or to break free from his past in order to be the parent Atreus requires.

Warfare arms
The Leviathan Axe, Blades of Chaos, and Guardian Shield return, along with a slew of new Kratos and Atreus skills. Kratos’ lethal Spartan talents will be put to the test as he struggles to protect his family against gods and creatures from across the Nine Realms.
