The martial arts-style fighting system gives you the most freedom of movement and agility while combining shooting, melee, and mutation-based powers. Acquiring new Wushu combat methods through progression and learning from masters you’ll meet expands your options and keeps combat fresh.

IMPROVE YOUR GAME PLAY
You’ll be able to change the way you look and play by re-coding your genetic structure. This will, of course, affect your attributes, but exposure to bio-contamination in the world will lead to physical mutations such as mantis-claws and barbed tails, while exposure to radioactivity found in old world bunkers will affect your mind and unlock psi-mutations such as telekinesis, levitation, and more.

When it comes to weapon building, let your imagination run wild. Mix and mix parts to make your own one-of-a-kind single- or double-handed slash, crush, and pierce melee weapons. Revolvers, rifles, and shotguns, with modifications ranging from corkscrews and battery-powered chainsaw modules to bio-contaminated sludge vials, will give your fighting arsenal an edge. There are also folks you’ll meet who will make cool things for you, such as bionic wings, a jump-pack, and even let you tweak your Automaton – the scrap-toy sidekick!

When it comes to equipping your character, you have complete control. Not only in terms of the weapons you manufacture, but also in terms of the gear you wear. Equip yourself with a gas mask and an oxygen tank for exploring the Dead Zones, thermo-resistant clothing for travelling into cryonic areas, or protective gear for dealing with bio-contaminated critters.

SURVIVE IN A DYNAMIC OPEN WORLD
You’ll make your own adventure as you explore the open world and what lurks beneath its surface on foot, mech, jet-ski, air-balloon, and other modes of transportation. Traverse the dying wildness, the underworld’s tunnels and bunker networks, and make your way up the mountains or out towards the archipelago. In this brilliant and colorful environment, there are many discoveries to be found, riddles to solve, animals to confront, and strange individuals to meet.

AN UNUSUAL STORY WITH AN UNUSUAL END
Your actions play a major part in the unfolding of a story where End is coming to the New World. A plague is ruining the land and the Tree-of-Life is bleeding death from its roots. The Tribes stand divided, in need of someone strong enough to unite them or bring them all down…
