This game includes the following modes: All Star Battle Mode, Arcade Mode, Online Mode, Versus Mode, Practice Mode, and Gallery Mode.
The main mode, All Star Battle Mode, includes not only fights between characters from the original game, but also all new All Star Battle R matches.
Over 100 battles with varying settings and conditions are available.
This mode also includes special cosmetic skins for characters as well as one-of-a-kind illustrations that may be viewed in gallery mode.

How the game has evolved from the original All Star Battle

This game is based on the 2012 edition of the All Star Battle fighting system.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R’s game design revitalizes the experience with changes to the battle tempo and the addition of hit pauses and jump dashes.
The whole ambiance of the animated series is recreated with fresh audio recordings from the Part 6 anime voice actors.
Fans of the original All Star Battle as well as newbies will be able to enjoy the experience.
